Who We Are
A dynamic team of experts
The DM+A team brings a range of experiences from the insurance, banking, and telecommunications industries. Brief biographies for three key members of the DM+A team are provided below. Additional members with specialized expertise are available for specific assignments and projects.
Daniel Mirkovic
Managing Partner
Daniel has more than 13 years of experience in the insurance industry, both in Canada and the United States. Recently, he was vice president of one of Western Canada’s most successful insurance operations, where his responsibilities included a $325 million portfolio of personal insurance products. Under his leadership, home insurance premiums increased by 46 percent (from $56 million to $82 million) between 2006 and 2009. Over the same period, this portfolio achieved an industry-leading loss ratio of 50 percent. With an exceptional understanding of all facets of management, Daniel is recognized as a progressive leader who both develops and executes challenging operational transformations.
Chris Bayly
Partner
Chris is an accomplished insurance professional with a deep understanding of insurance financials, and their connections and implications to operations and strategy. He spent five years at a major insurance company where he led business planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. He also took a collaborative approach to achieve revenue gains, cost efficiencies, and profitability improvements. His experience is rounded with previous positions at both an insurance agency and an international bank.
Suzanne Milino
Senior Associate
With over 35 years in the insurance industry including over 20 years in a large membership-based organization operating in multiple business lines, Suzanne is experienced in all aspects of the insurance industry relating to agency and underwriting operations. Most recently, as Vice President of Sales and Service Delivery, she led a team of more than 500 employees, including a large call centre and more than 25 individual sales offices.
Stacey Dean
Associate
Stacey is a product management and marketing professional with a career focus on brand development and customer experience management. She has over ten years of experience with major organizations in the insurance, telecommunications, and technology industries in Canada and overseas. She excels at translating broader strategic plans into product requirements and development specifications for product upgrades, marketing programs, CRM/ERP, billing system and integrated e-commerce application development. Her business background is complemented with project management education, bridging the gap between marketing and development and leading successful cross-functional work teams to achieve project goals.
